My Journey

Like for so many of us, life has not exactly been easy. I grew up in a tumultuous home that was plagued by poverty, violence, mental illness, & addiction. I became a chronic people pleaser, a "good girl". 

By 15, I had been a victim of sexual violence & developed a drinking problem in order to cope with my trauma & sensitivities. I had detached from my body, self, & life as a whole in order to survive. 

My healing has been long & slow, but ultimately, essential to my transformation. 

Fast forward to today, & I am truly transcended from that sweet little girl who did not have a clue, to a woman who stands before the world in her power, without shame. 

I am not perfect, I have made so many mistakes along the way, but I have found the light again. And it is now my soul's mission to help you do the same...

I take so much pride & joy in helping others. I truly believe my purpose here is to serve by alchemizing my pain & suffering so that I may be a guide for others to do the same. I am simply the lantern in the dark, illuminating the path for you to find your way. 

I am spiritual in my beliefs with a respect for other religions. I am a champion of women's rights that holds space for the healing of humanity in all facets, including the masculine. I am an ally to all sexual orientations, & embrace any gender expression you believe is your authentic truth. 

I identify as highly sensitive & empathetic with intuitive abilities. Therefore, I rely on my gifts of empathy, compassion, & clairvoyance to tune into my clients' vibrational energy to channel messages from higher frequencies. 

I frequently work with modalities including psychological studies, energy work, breathwork, meditation, yoga, sage & holy wood, crystals, personal development exercises, dream analysis, pendulums, oracle cards, astrology, & sound healing to both deepen my own spiritual practices & aid in the development of my gifts to better serve you.
