A 2-hour immersive healing experience that includes everything in a Soul Session, with the addition of holotropic-style somatic breathwork.

Through an intentional breathing pattern and personalized playlist, breathwork invites you beyond the thinking mind and into the body, creating space for deeper sensation, emotional release, and insight.

This is a more active, cathartic experience designed to help you feel, process, release, and integrate what’s ready to move.
